§ 40-98. Reconnection.

A reconnection charge in accordance with the city fee schedule shall be required from customers whose services are disconnected because of nonpayment of bills when due, not including disconnection for failure to comply with deposit or guarantee rules. A customer shall be considered as the same consumer provided the reconnection is requested for the same location by any occupant of the premises or, if a place of business, by any partner or employee of the same business.
