§ 40-862. Notice of violation.

Whenever, the director or plumbing inspector shall determine that a violation of any provision of this article or any rule or regulation promulgated by the board has occurred or is threatened, the director or plumbing inspector shall give written notice to the violator or other responsible person for stating the nature of the violation and the required remedy. Such notice may be in the form of a special order as provided in article III, division 7 of this chapter.
