§ 40-861. Duty of city attorney to prosecute.

It shall be the duty of the city attorney, upon receipt of competent evidence from the director or plumbing inspector that a violation of this article constitutes a threat to the public health and safety, to commence an action in the county circuit court to abate such violation and nuisance.
