§ 40-821. Connection to public sewer.

At such time as public sewer becomes available to a property served by a private wastewater disposal system, a connection shall be made to the public sewer in compliance with this article and any septic tanks, holding tanks and other similar private effluent absorption systems shall be abandoned and filled in accordance with the provisions of state plumbing code.
