§ 40-820. Abrogation and greater restrictions.

Nothing set forth in this article shall be construed as or is intended to be a waiver or release of any other agreements, rules, regulations, or permits previously adopted or issued pursuant to law. However, where this article imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this article shall govern.
