§ 40-748. Penalty for violation.

See forfeiture/bond/deposit schedule for penalties for any person or licensed disposer violating the terms or conditions of a permit issued under this section or using or permitting the use of the utility sewers for a use for which a permit may be issued under this division without first obtaining a permit or continuing such use after notice of revocation of a permit. All forfeitures recovered by the city under this section shall be paid into the general account of the commission for the benefit of the utility.
