§ 40-661. Special charges.

Whenever any user discharges waste into the utility sewers or sewerage system which causes physical damage to the utility wastewater facilities or which causes the utility to incur unusual additional costs, the utility may assess a special charge against such user for the work required to repair the facilities or to recover the unusual additional cost. Special charges shall be in addition to the service charges levied under this division and shall be billed directly to the user.
