§ 40-657. Sewer service charge calculations.

Sewer service charges for each utility customer shall be calculated based on the quantity and quality of wastewater contributed by such customer, as determined by the board, the number of actual customers and the equipment needed to provide service within the utility and such additional wastewater parameters as are established by the board.
