§ 40-602. Use of revenues; repeal of inconsistent provisions.

Revenues derived from the application of this article shall be used to defray the utility costs of operating and maintaining adequate wastewater collection and treatment systems and to provide sufficient funds for capital outlay, debt service costs and capital improvements of the utility and the MMSD. This article supersedes any previous ordinance and all prior rules or regulations of the utility or ordinances of the city that are inconsistent herewith.
