§ 40-567. Penalties.

Any person who violates any mandatory restriction on water usage issued pursuant to this section or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $20.00 or more than $100.00. Each occurrence of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
