§ 40-301. Application.

Latest version.

Written application for extension of a water main shall be made to the board by the owner of property to be benefitted, or his/her authorized agent in accordance with the city's special assessment policy. Water main assessments shall be calculated in accordance with the methods outlined in the city's special assessment policy.
