§ 40-95. Automatic fire sprinkler system plans required.

The owner of any building in which an automatic fire sprinkler system is required pursuant to article III of chapter 44, pertaining to the fire code, shall submit, prior to installation of such system, two sets of plans for review and approval by the board and by the fire department. Such private fire protection systems shall be unmetered and shall be charged at the rates established in section 40-418.
